2. Grinding machine mixing process

During normal production, two grinding machines are put into operation at the same time, and the specific feeding and operation are the same (one equipment can be run separately during commissioning). The procedure is as follows:

(1) Lithium carbonate grinding: weighing 13Kg of lithium carbonate, 12Kg of sucrose, 50Kg of pure water, mixed grinding for 1-2 hours.suspend.

(2) Mixed and grinding: add 50Kg of iron phosphate and 25Kg of pure water to the above mixture, mix and grind for 1-3 hours.Stop, and feed to the disperser.Sampling granularity.

(3) Cleaning: weigh 100Kg of pure water, clean the grinder in 3-5 times, and all the lotion is transferred into the dispersion machine.

3. Dispersmachine and material dispersion process

(1) Transfer 2.2 About 500Kg (including the materials for cleaning the grinder) of the two grinders (or one grinder twice) into the dispersion machine, then add 100Kg of pure water, adjust the mixing speed, fully stir and disperse for 1-2 hours, and wait for the pump into the spray drying equipment.

4. Spray-drying process

(2) The solid content can be adjusted to be 15%~30% according to the size of the spray particle size.

5. Adjust the press of the pressure of the hydraulic press to 150 tons and 175 tons respectively, load the spray-dried material into the mold, and keep the pressure under, and compact into blocks according to the time.Put into the bowl and turn into the push furnace.At the same time, several groups of bulk samples were added to compare with crushed materials.

6. Push plate furnace sintering heat up first, pass nitrogen, meet the atmosphere requirements below 100ppm, push the push plate furnace, heating section 300-550℃, 4-6 hours; constant temperature section 750℃ 8-10 hours; cooling section 6-8 hours, feeding.

7. Superfine roller pressure grinding

Input the materials burned by the push plate furnace into the ultra fine grinding, adjust the speed, conduct rolling grinding, and send them into the ultra fine grinding for grinding.Granularity was tested for each batch.

8. Screening and packaging
